Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups canned or cooked pumpkin (one 15 oz. can)
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
5/8 cup (1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon) water


Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a
well in the center and add wet ingredients. Mix. Pour into 2 greased
and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake 1 - 1 1/4 hours (75 minutes) at
350. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Bread may be frozen and eaten later.
