Lebanese Salad Dressing

Mtabbel la Salata

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (or good quality vegetable oil/grapeseed oil)

    Directions: In a small mixing bowl, crush garlic and salt together. Add pepper, lemon juice and oil. Blend well.
